Service Description

This Health Coaching Consultation strives to provide clients the knowledge, skills, and confidence to become active participants in their own care and achieve their self-identified health goals. Clients can expect to receive counseling on: 1. Nutrition plans 2. Exercise habits 3. Environmental education 4. Stress management 5. Insomnia management **Please note that this consultation may include nutraceutical recommendations and diagnostic testing based on the client needs** **available for in-person or virtual appointments** If you are ready to book, please scroll down to the end of the "Schedule Appointment" Page. Here you will see the CharmHealth Scheduler where you can quickly and easily make an appointment. Initial consultations are $200 for 60 minutes. Follow up consultations are $100 for 30 minutes. HSA & FSA are accepted.
