In the initial consultation, we will… ⁃ Obtain a full health history ⁃ Review any medical records or precious labs ⁃ Order diagnostic labs from Labcorp ⁃ Order any functional medicine lab tests (if desired/recommended). ⁃-- Gut health/Stool testing --⁃ Salivary Adrenal testing ⁃-- Salivary or Urine Sex Hormone testing ⁃-- Organic Acids Testing ⁃-- Food Sensitivity Testing ⁃ Prescribe pharmaceuticals if indicated ⁃ Recommend supplements as needed In the follow-up consultation, we will…. ⁃ Review any labs or diagnostic testing ordered ⁃ Formulate a customized protocol including dietary recommendations, lifestyle recommendations, medications, supplements, etc. Your care plan also includes: ⁃ Areas of health to enhance from an integrative lens ⁃ Tracking and optimizing hormonal health ⁃ Blood sugar management ⁃ Fertility friendly dietary protocol ⁃ Gut health basics ⁃ Lifestyle recommendations ⁃ Protocol for nourishing the nervous system ⁃ Supplemental recommendations ⁃ Other fertility supporting recommendations ⁃ Recommendations for labs to ask from OBGYN, REI, PCP , etc. *Note- I do not prescribe ovulation induction medications at this time (clomid, letrazole, etc). *Additional 60 minute follow ups are also available upon request!
