Service Description

This Health Coaching Consultation strives to provide clients the knowledge, skills, and confidence to become active participants in their own care and achieve their self-identified health goals. Clients can expect to receive counseling on: 1. Nutrition plans 2. Exercise habits 3. Environmental education 4. Stress management 5. Insomnia management **Please note that this consultation may include nutraceutical recommendations, but it does not include diagnostic testing or pharmaceutical recommendations.** **available for in-person or virtual appointments** **Patients do have the option to enroll in a Health Coaching Monthly Membership at $100 per month if desired.
