Functional nutrition assessments consider an individual's environment, lifestyle, cultural background, genomics, stress levels, and more to tailor nutritional recommendations for a specific and personalized food plan. --The Functional Nutrition Consultation Provides: 1. Thorough intake of history and symptoms. 2. Nutritional physical exam. 3. Therapeutic food plan tailored to the individual's needs. 4.
