What to Expect as a New Patient

1. Sign up for an appointment. 

2. Once you have requested an appointment, you will receive an email inviting you to the patient portal. Please sign up. Here you will be able to contact me through the messaging system, view appointment summaries, educational documents, and obtain super-bills from the visit. 

3. You will also receive an intake form requesting information on your past medical and lifestyle history. Please complete this form online within 24 hours of your visit if possible.

4. Looking forward to meeting you! My office is located at Coastal Retreat in Easton. Telehealth visits are also available for those who cannot be seen in person, however, you must live in the state of Maryland. Unfortunately, Telehealth visits are unavailable to patients scheduling medical cannabis evaluation. Those appointments must be done in person. 

*Please note- All visits are fee-for-service. I am not accepting insurance at this time. Payment methods accepted include cash or credit, including HSA accounts. You will be provided with a super-bill after each visit, in which you may submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. It is best to check with your insurance company first to see if reimbursement is available to you.
